Overview of the Fundraising TSR and Texting TSR
Responsibilities
Some of the duties of these positions include:
- Making outbound calls and asking potential donors to donate.
- Meeting and exceeding daily performance goals set by management.
- Following client-approved scripts on each call.
For Texting TSR
- Must have a personal cell phone and email address.
- Must be able to send at least 3000 text messages per hour.
Education and Qualifications Needed

- High school diploma or a GED
- Ability to work successfully on a team.
- Excellent communication and telephone skills.
- Outstanding sales and persuasion skills.
- Ability to follow directions.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Multi-tasking skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent reading skills and the ability to read a script.
- Having previous experience working in a call center a plus.
Technical and Home Office Requirements
You must have a quiet workspace and a computer.
For the Texting TSR position, you must have a personal cell phone.
Pay and Benefits
