Responsibilities

The primary duty of a work-from-home agent at Direct Interactions is to answer large numbers of inbound telephone calls from customers. As mentioned above, some positions will also require making outbound telephone calls and answering live customer chats and emails.

Education and Qualifications Needed

Technical Requirements

• High-speed DSL or Cable internet service (no wireless, satellite, or hotspot). 
• Must have a laptop or personal computer with 8GB RAM or higher and (no MAC, Chromebook, or tablets) running Windows 10.
• Your browser must be Google Chrome or Internet Explorer.
• Up-to-date antivirus software and antispyware.
• Noise-canceling USB headset with a mute button.

Some positions require a second monitor and a newer cell phone. It will be stated in the job posting what is required.

Work Schedules

The company is open and available to assist customers 24 hours a day, seven days per week, so there are typically a variety of shifts available.

Most positions require you to work between 20 and 40 hours per week with a 20-hour minimum. You are able to select your availability.

Training

All training is completed remotely and typically takes about one week. The company pays for training.

What Does Direct Interactions Pay?

The pay for most positions appears to start at $15 per hour; however, some positions may pay more or less depending on the exact duties.
