Training

Training can range from two weeks or longer, depending on the position, and is typically performed Monday through Friday during regular business hours.

Training is conducted virtually and is paid for by the company. However, a few positions may require you to live within 50 to 100 miles of a call center and may require on-site training. These positions are rare, and it will be stated in the posting if it’s necessary.
