Work Schedules

The company is available to service customers 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days per year. Depending on the exact position, you should have the flexibility to work any shift, including weekends.


Training can range from two weeks or longer, depending on the position, and is typically performed Monday through Friday during regular business hours.

Training is conducted virtually and is paid for by the company. However, a few positions may require you to live within 50 to 100 miles of a call center and may require on-site training. These positions are rare, and it will be stated in the posting if it’s necessary.
