Overview of the Call Center Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering reliable and friendly service, working alongside a fantastic team responsible for providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

Some of the duties of this position include but are not limited to the following:

• Efficiently and accurately use resources available to find solutions to customer requests.
• Provide timely response to incoming customer calls.
• Return customer calls promptly.
• Ensure all information and customer call details are entered accurately into the company computer system.
• Provide customers with relevant and understandable information regarding company services.
• Address customer issues in a respectful and calm demeanor.

Education and Qualifications Needed

• Ability to accurately process information.
• Outstanding problem-solving skills.
• Ability to use good judgment when addressing issues.

• Previous call center or customer service experience is preferred but not required.

Technical Requirements

You must have a quiet place to work with no distracting noises like cell phones, television, music, doorbells, and pets. You will also need hard-wired internet service with speeds of at least 25mbps.

The company will provide equipment for work purposes.

Work Schedules

The hours of operation are 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday, so you will need to be available to work between those hours.

Training

All training is completed remotely from home and paid for by the company.

The company doesn’t allow any time off to be taken during training.

Eligible States

Pay and Benefits

The pay for this position starts at $16 per hour.
