Overview of the Remote Customer Care Advocate

Responsibilities

Some of the responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to the following:

  • Responding to customers via telephone and email.
  • Providing outstanding customer service to each customer.
  • Providing solutions to customers that meet their individual needs.
  • Researching customer questions regarding policy provisions, claim status, or other products or procedures.

Education and Qualifications Needed

To be considered for this position, you must have the following:

  • High school diploma or a GED.
  • Previous experience in insurance or financial services. 
  • At least two years’ experience in customer service.
  • Excellent computer and keyboarding skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task and navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Possess a professional demeanor. 
  • The ability to follow through on commitments.
  • A passion for helping customers.

Work Schedules

The schedules are flexible, and you must be able to work anytime between 8:00 AM and 11:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday. They also require the ability to work overtime when needed.
