Overview of the Guest Experience Specialist

Responsibilities
As a Guest Experience Specialist, you will directly communicate with guests daily and have a high level of responsibility in creating memorable experiences. You will also do the following:
- Answer incoming telephone calls from guests.
- Respond to guests via email, chat, text, and web-based platforms.
- Coordinate and schedule housekeeping.
- Answer detailed questions regarding specific units.
