What is Everise?
Everise is a global call center services company that’s been in business since 2016. They have 15 call centers worldwide, and they also hire call center agents to work from home.
Some of the work-at-home positions they hire for include Technical Support Representative, Trainer, Outbound Representative, Licensed Health Insurance Agent, and Customer Service Representative.
In this post, I will be specifically discussing the Customer Service Representative position.

Overview of the Customer Service Representative
The following is a basic overview, and the exact requirements may vary according to each client.
Responsibilities
Some of the responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative include:
- Answering high numbers of telephone calls from customers.
- Researching and gathering the correct information for customers.
- Educating customers on services and products.
- Resolving customer issues by following company guidelines.
- Navigating multiple computer systems simultaneously.
Education and Qualifications Needed
- They prefer 1-year of previous customer service experience, but it’s not required.
- You must have excellent decision-making skills
- Excellent communication skills.
- The ability to clearly articulate products and services to customers.
- You must have outstanding customer service skills.
- You must be a team player.
- You must be able to work independently.
- Must be able to type at least 30 words per minute.
It’s unclear whether they require a high school diploma for all of their CSR positions, as it’s not mentioned in all job postings.
Technical and Home Office Requirements
They require you to have a quiet, dedicated work area.
You’ll also need to have high-speed, hard-wired internet service. Your internet speed must be 20 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload. They do not allow the use of wireless internet.
The company will provide all equipment. Equipment includes a thin client (computer), monitor, keyboard, mouse, ethernet, cables, IP phone, power supply, and a headset.
Training
All training is completed remotely, and you are paid for all training provided.
Pay and Benefits
The hourly pay isn’t provided in the job postings, but according to Glassdoor’s website, the compensation for Customer Service Representatives at Everise is between $9 and $17 per hour.
These positions are W-2 positions, and the company offers benefits. Some of the benefits they offer include medical, dental, vision, paid time off, and a 401K.
