Overview of the Client Specialist

This is a basic overview of this position.

Responsibilities

Your main job in this role is to contact the people who are looking at the company’s website to learn about their real estate requirements and match them with the best real estate agent for their needs. 

In order to match property buyers and sellers with the right agent, you must take notes during the conversation, ask questions about their needs, and use company tools to find the top real estate agents in their area.

Calling property buyers and sellers plays a big part in this job. You will typically make about 50 calls a day. When you are on the phone, you are not only communicating with buyers and sellers but with real estate agents and internal employees as well. So you must be able to communicate clearly and effectively, and your writing skills are also critical.

Education and Qualifications Needed

To be considered for this position, you will need the following:

  • Must have two years or more experience in customer service.
  • Must be orderly and have outstanding organizational skills.
  • Have the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Ability to quickly and cleverly overcome difficulties and find solutions to problems.
  • Hard worker compelled to accomplish goals.
  • Ability to work independently. 
  • Outstanding time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work as a team and offer suggestions for process improvement.
  • Previous experience working remotely and being bilingual is preferred but not required.

Technical Requirements

Since this position involves heavy telephone work, you must have a quiet work area free from all distractions. You must also have high-speed internet service and a phone.

The company will provide you with a laptop for work.

Work Schedules

These positions are full-time, 40 hours per week. You must be flexible to work various shifts, including nights and weekends. 

Training

All training is completed remotely and paid for by the company.

Pay and Benefits

The starting pay for this position is $38,000 per year or approximately $18.26 per hour.
