You’ve probably heard of Kelly Services. They’re a large, well-known staffing agency that is headquartered in Michigan. They also have a division that offers outsourced call center services for their clients, called KellyConnect.
KellyConnect has a brick-and-mortar call center, but they also hire call center reps to work from home.
Three of the work-at-home jobs they hire for are Account Billing and Technical Support Rep, Chat Technical Support Representative, and Technical Support Representative.

Chat Technical Support Representative
Responsibilities
Some of the duties and responsibilities of the Account Billing and Technical Support Representative include assisting customers with troubleshooting and resolving issues with their iOS and MacOS devices, answering questions that customers have regarding their bills, and explaining how to use features on their devices.
Education and Qualifications Needed
You must have at least a high school diploma or a GED and be 18 years of age or older. You must have at least 6 months of call center experience. They prefer that you be familiar with Apple products, however, this is not a requirement.
Technical and Home Office Requirements
You must have a private, quiet workspace and high-speed internet service. The company will provide the equipment for you.
Technical Support Representative
Responsibilities
Some of the duties and responsibilities for these positions include assisting customers with troubleshooting and resolving issues, helping customers with downloading applications, setting up their email, configuring and setting up hardware and software, and diagnosing internet connectivity issues.
The only difference between these two positions is Chat Technical Support Representatives assist customers only through live chat. Technical Support Representatives assist customers over the phone.
Education and Qualifications Needed
For these positions, you must be at least 18 years of age or older and have a high school diploma or a GED. You must also have at least 6 months of customer service experience. Familiarity with Apple devices is preferred, but not required.
Technical and Home Office Requirements
You must have a quiet, distraction-free work area and high-speed internet service. The company will send equipment to you.
Training
The training for all these positions is 100% remote.
Pay and Benefits
The starting pay for these positions is $13.50 per hour with an increase of $1.00 after 90 days.
The company offers benefits to eligible employees.
Working Schedules
All of these positions are full-time and since KellyConnect offers support to customers 24/7, they have a variety of shifts including overnight.
Equipment Provided
The equipment provided for a chat position is a computer, second monitor, training headphones, keyboard, and mouse.
For telephone positions, they provide a computer, headset, training headphones, keyboard, and mouse.
