Overview of the Customer Service Role

As a Customer Service Representative with CVS Health, you must be able to effectively handle complaints while maintaining the department’s service level goals.

You should be able to consistently demonstrate behaviors that contribute to the department’s achievements. 

CSRs must work collaboratively with internal and external business partners in order to provide solutions and bring any issues to closure during initial contact with participants.

Education and Qualifications Needed
